Competence the trainers responsible for delivery will be competent and experienced to deliver the training provided.
Plant and Equipment to deliver the programme should include board-style room layout, overhead projector and white-board or similar. Venues for delivery must satisfy health and safety regulations.
Quality of the delivery process will be maintained by constant review as per review arrangements. The individual delivering the programme will be constantly updated by continued professional development required by the professional body regulating the qualification.

cutmyfees.co.uk embraces Equality and Diversity and subcribes to Single Equality Review Arrangements Frequency of Monitoring - the programme will be reviewed at each delivery, supplemented by period reports submitted to the principal.
Depth of Monitoring will include all relevant points of the programme in question and feedback will be gathered from all delegates.
Recording System at each programme a questionnaire will be given to delegates upon which comments will be made on delivery (samples available). A copy of these will be kept for a period of twelve months by the contractor for review, also submitted to the principal at the end of each period.
Resolution of Problems items of concern will be highlighted by the monitoring system. These items will be addressed as an ongoing system of continuous improvement. Problems, depending on their nature, will either be solved by the contractor or in consultation with the principal.
